Greetings from Sydney, Australia

Post by b.wilson »

Already have too many bikes, but finally found a good CBX1000Z. Australian delivered and June !978 build, showing 14500km. Who knows if it's correct, but it runs beautifully. Missing the centre stand. Anybody got one? Have just read the discussion on VIN plates, and can add to it - at least for early Australian bikes. Brian

Welcome to the site, Brian.
...."already have too many bikes"...must be an Australian phrase that does does not translate well.

Welcome Brian from a fellow Sydneysider!

Congrats on what sounds like a good find! And drop me a PM if you need any help with, or have questions about your bike, always happy to assist a fellow CBXer, esp. a '78er like myself.

I am in the Inner West.

Cheers..Tony
