Is a CBX starter relay common w/ another Honda?

Would a starter relay from another Honda work/interchange on a CBX? I'm looking for a replacement, mine has stripped threads and new from Honda might have a scary price. Anybody have a nice spare to sell/swap?

I have had some strip over the years. Did you try to double nut it. Sometimes that will hold. Bob

The problem is that the easiest way to remove battery is to leave the + lead attached to battery, and disconnecting at the relay; those soft copper post threads are hurting.

It`s only a switch. I would think any Honda in the 80-82 era 650 750 900 would work ok.

Thats the way I remove my battery. Lot easier than trying to fiddle around with the battery post.
