One of the guys in the office had a birthday so we celebrated with a little lunch and grilled chicken.
Without having a rotisserie, we tried the "beer can" method. It turned out awesome.
Baste the chicken with melted butter and olive oil, sprinkle a rub on it, put it over an open can of beer (we used 16oz cans of Foster's), place on the grill with indirect heat and walk away.
Come back after 2 hours and voilà:
