1980 Wires: Oil Pressure and Neutral Safety
OMG! In the process of removing the engine from my 80 CBX I inadvertently did not loosen the wires from the oil pressure sender (blue/red) and the neutral safety switch (light green/red). As a result they both broke going into the main wiring harness. I still have the pig tails (12 inches or so long) leaving the switches but cannot locate where they go into the wiring harness along backbone of the frame to re-connnect together. I have examined up and down the harness and cannot see any "exit" spot. I do not want to open up the electrical taping to find the broken ends. Can anyone help with pictures?

It's either a black or brown small plug hanging on the 'tree' under the right sidecover. It loops around and plugs in from the rear right near the solenoid.

Thanks, Dave. I will take a look. Never thought to look there as not shown in Manual wiring diagram. David
