There is a nice free program available at Download.com called MyCar-Monitor. It has every conceivable type of record you might want to keep. It is designed for cars but has every thing you might need for a bike. It includes a service reminder and your pictures can be uploaded. I find it especially useful because of the number of bikes in my collection.
