Oil pool plate needed

As the title says - does anyone have one lying around? I need the Type "A" for cylinder number 4. At this point I don't remember for sure if it was even in there. or if I have lost it in the garage. Usually i put stuff in bins right away, so I really doubt that I lost it. :evil: Thanks!
