My CBX has filled out my bucket list

Post by Tapemeasureman »

Ive wanted one ever since I saw that sea of pipes coming out the front. Ive got a bunch of other bikes but this is the crown jewel of my collection. A carpenter by trade, Im in Atlanta Ga, with a few more years before I can retire and play with my bikes full time, and can barely wait. Ive had mine about a week now so I know next to nothing about them. Im hoping you guys will help me overcome my ignorance. If any of you are in the Atlanta area or are a Barber fan , ID LOVE TO TALK, HIT ME UP !

Welcome to the site, Tape.
What year did you get? We all like pics here.
Feel free to post pics of your other bikes as well.

Welcome to the forum, I know the excitement of FINALLY getting a CBX. :thumupp:

I got mine ('79) in August last year and am just going through the carbs as the last item in a front to back restoration, and hopefully will have it complete my the end of July.
My son and I are registered in a motorcycle course on the 17-18 of July to get our licences.....OK I confess, I've been riding since I was 13 and never got my licence, I'm 59 now LOL!

I was once a carpenter as well, but decided it was way too hard on the body and found something else to do.
I hope you really enjoy your bike!
