Hi all, excited to be a CBX owner once again. Had a 79 briefly approx 15 yrs ago. Ended up selling it to a guy in Greenland of all places. Just purchased a 1980 with sport kit. 31,000klm and verging on concours mint. All original, with exception of the pipes.. Has Pipemasters true 6-6. Have a number of bikes, it changes as I trade around lol..
18 BMW RT, 53 Jawa Perak, 88 FZR 250, 68 Chang Jiang, 75 Titan, 18 Royal Enfield Himalayan, 19 Suzuki DR790, 70 Royal Enfield Interceptor Mk11, plus a few others...
I will probably spend a fair bit of time lurking, and learning, and hope to be able to contribute back when I feel confident I can assist. Very lucky to have a close friend that is a CBX collector (amongst other marques) who can give me hands on assistance when needed. Clive.

Welcome to the site, Clive.
You have a very diverse bike stable, feel free to post some pics of any of them.
A guy near me that i see a couple times a summer also has a FZR250. It seems to spend most of the ride in the 10-14,000 rev range.

Thanks for the welcome... unfortunately I have given up trying to upload pics. Been at it twenty minutes, continues to tell me file size too large. I have adjusted the file size to below the stated size allowed, confirmed it's a JPEG etc etc.. Yes, followed the posted instructions to the letter. Ran into this on another forum as well. I am no expert but am more than familiar with Lightroom and Final Cut Pro etc etc so do have half a clue how to work/edit images.

You need to watch both the image size in pixels length x height AND the file size in KB! Both have to be within the limits and you should not have a problem. You may have to reduce your image size l x h quite a bit below the given number to come under the file size in KB
