Mechanic wanted Toronto GTA area

I am in need of a mechanic with experience on CBXs. My 1980 supersport (30,000 miles) has been in storage for 8 years and before that was driven very little the prior 20 years. I left my bike at a local Honda motorcycle dealer 8 years ago for carb work only to have my pipes ruined as they left it running without cooling fans. They never did get the bike running properly after promising their guys had experience with the CBX. As it turned out they did not.
A very costly lesson and one I dont ever want to repeat. The bike was running well when it was properly put into storage and garaged in 2012.
Some carb work will be required and possible electrical system maintenance.

I live in Oakville Ontario but would be willing to take the bike up to 60 miles from here for repair.

I see you are the tech director. Any chance you could recommend the best oil for my machine?
Shes in need of new oil after all these years.
