Just bought a 1979 Red CBX that has not run in 30 years with 12,000 KMs, very good shape. It's going to take a bit to get it going as the carbs are in 6 coffee cans covered in
some brown goo. I will be a challenge! Thanks for letting me in! BTW I did own one from new in 79, but sold it 2 years later.

Hi Steve; Thanks again for coming over to look at my new baby, took the seat over to John Miller's today to ask him how to clean it. He spayed some red chemical on it and it looks really good. I found out that the carbs are coated with a stuff called DUNK, it should come off, I hope!
