Glad you are getting on the right track. That particular washer only goes on the adjuster side of the throttle plate shaft for #4 carb. I just finished a rebuild and made particular note of any others and there are none. Side note is that you don't have to take that shaft apart to separate the carbs. But you did and that's why we're talking about this. However you got them back together, they will surely work OK until you can get back to them this winter (summer?).
