Hello, I am recovering this post because I have exactly the same problem; clutch drag and the same grooves in the basket and the spring towers. The only difference I can tell is that my springs and clutch seem to be OEM. Can someone confirm that if the clutch pads have the helicoidal grooves in them this means they are OEM?
If mine are OEM and discs are not wrapped, any suggestions?
Thanks.

Try a few searches on the site here for starters, just to get yourself grounded in some of the common issues are. If you add a few modifiers to the search box in the upper right it can make it more useful. For example, putting the plus [+] sign before a word indicates that the search result MUST contain that word. Here's a search for the words [+clutch +drag]
search.php?keywords=%2Bclutch+%2Bdrag
search.php?keywords=%2Bclutch+%2Bdrag
