powder coating

Will powder coating hold up on a cylinder head around the exhaust area? How much heat can it take? Has anyone done an engine in powdercoat? Thanks Dave

Is there any insider info regarding the durability of powdercoating on the engines, frames and parts of the CBX?
Mine in particular are the 81 Prolinks, has anyone done a frame?
