Clutch!!

I have adjusted my clutch as the manual prescribes (right side nut/screw as well as lever), however the bike nudges forward when I go to first and then going to neutral is not possible without switching off. No problem going through the gears on the road, however from first to neutral is a no go! I assume it is calling for a new clutch??

Adjustment fine tuning, warped plates, chain adjustment?
