Brake caliper parts, seals are still available from honda, you can get them online or local dealer.
Right hand crank cover should have "O" ring on the top screw which is easily forgotten to put back. That "O" ring and cover gasket are available from Honda as well i think.
Carb leaks, you need to take tank off and attach auxiliary fuel tank to see where leak is but most likely they will have ti come out to fix.
Original exhaust will be expensive so if yours is fixable, go ahead and fix it. Stock pro-link exhaust had cross pipe between the sides and is probably better performing than MAC exhaust.
If you want something that flows better and have different sound, try to get used Kerker, some members on here have them for sale.
