Another starter slipping :( help!!)

Help with slipping starter.
As I have said in a few post, working on this build with a good running motor but has not been run in 2-3 years. I was getting ready to give its first start. Topped with Honda GN4 10-40 and removed plugs and dropped some oil drops in cylinders . Hit the starter and it was engaging just fine, kept the engine spinning for 20 sec or so that oil reaches in galleries etc. no leaked etc. came back with new set of plugs , enabled ignition to finally start it and now the starter won’t engage and runs free .

I used full synthetic in the '81 for years with no starter clutch issues but it MIGHT be the oil.

This is not synthetic to my knowledge and I used it first time. Starter engaged for 30 sec. I took a break and came back and that was it . It has been continuously slipping.

Honda GN4 is not synthetic. Turn the engine over by hand in small increments then try the starter. Your starter clutch is not hooking up, for sure.

Tried after manually rotating engine clockwise. It makes high pitch spinning noise. Oil pump is working . I will put plugs back in
