Another jetting question

Recently bought a project with 81 frame and engine . Plan to use K&N and 3-1 exhausts with short cans terminating under the bike near rear wheel. I am wondering what upsize jets would be ideal. Soon going to rebuild carbs and want to correct with jetting

If you are referring to K&N pods, #80 primary and #120 mains will get you in the ballpark.

That for 81 carbs ? Correct ?

Not for '81 carbs. Only one main jet and it's 105 stock. You need to go to about 125.
