79 clutch replacement - any special tools needed?

Next job on my list is to replace the rubber pucks in my clutch. As it has a clutch shudder I will replace the plates and springs as well. How difficult is it to disassemble the clutch? Any special tools needed? And whilst the cover is off is there anything else in there to check/maintain besides the clutch?

Thanks for the replies and the dimensions - some fun with my grinder this weekend!
As for the clutch plates is it only necessary to replace the friction plates or do you need to replace the steel ones as well? Just been looking at some clutch "kits" and they only seem to include the friction plates?

Take a good look at the metal plates and make sure they are not warped. They must be perfectly flat. You can reuse them.

FYI I’ve had great luck with the clutch I put in over 40,000 miles ago. Barnett steels and EBC fibers with EBC semi HD springs. If I ever change it I’ll skip the semi HD springs. The pull seems stiffer in the winter. :). It has always hooked up perfectly with no shudder or slipping. The steels were flat and the pack was soaked in oil prior to assembly.
