Hi there new o this site. Saw the last magazine article
on rust removal. I have used Evapo rust on my cbx tank
and triumph also worked wonderful no paint damage
and tanks looked like new. Can be used over and over.
Got it at local auto parts store in a 5 gallon bucket.
On another subject does anyone know what happened to
the cbx world site?

Welcome neighbor!
CBXWorld is being migrated to a new server, and i can tell you from having migrated this one that it is a tricky job. Last I heard he was nearly done, working out the last of the kinks.

What did you do to the tank after using the Evaporust?
A water bath? Distilled water and baking soda? Coat with oil?

Re: new guy
I believe the instructions say to leave a film of Evaporust in the tank if it will not be used for a while, but yes, ultimately it has to be flushed with water. It is good stuff, if you aren't in a big hurry.
