Bernd from Germany

Post by Bernd »

Hello everybody,

thanks for the admission to this lively board. :D

My name is Bernd from Bochum in Germany -- please forgive me if my English isn't perfect but I haven't had much practice in recent years.

I'm 67 years old and own a CBX CB1 (1979) and a CBX SC06 (1984, I think). Due to illness, from which I have now essentially recovered, the Prolink has been standing in the garage for the last 4 years but I hope to revive it this summer.

The CB1 is a different story. I bought it in late summer 1992 in England, where I lived and worked for 7 years, and then rode it for 200 miles in that autumn. Since then it has been standing -- better I should say it moved with me from place to place but has never been ridden since. This bike I also hope to get on the road this year. I'll keep you informed. :D

I am looking forward to a nice community here,

Bernd

Hi Bernd,
You live in a nice place. I did a lot of good riding around there during my Nürburgring trips.
