New Member thinking about buying
Hey guys and girls I'm a new member to the forum Ive had a CBX in the back of my mind since I first saw one back in 79. I've owned at least 20 different bikes since then but never got the CBX. Currently have a BMW K1600( inline 6,hmmm) a BMW GS Adventure bike, A Triumph Rocket 3 a Ducati 1098 (knees too old for this one but can't let her go) and a Honda Grom(too much fun) Lately I've seen a few CBX's converted to use more modern wider rubber and really like them I'm sort of debating between a classic CBX updated a bit or the new Motus sport tourer I know its a crazy pair to cross shop but they're both cool unique bikes. If anyone has one of the CBX's with updated tires and suspension I'd love to hear about how much it costs to do , who does the conversions right and how much fun they are to ride Thanks

Hi ya, Alonzo.
You certainly do have a terrific stable of rides.
Magazine review of the Motus says some good things but the price tag was shocking.

Sell the 1098 and get the Motus R.

I can certainly see why you are attached to the 1098.
Very cool.
I used to own Trident so a pic of your Rocket 3 would be nice too.

Since you are obviously no stranger to throwing a lot of money at a custom motorcycle, seems a similar treatment of a CBX would be right up your alley!
