Viking CBX-rider on board

Post by Thore J »

Hi..

I a dane, 41 years of age, and I just bought my self a CBX. It's not in perfect condition, but it's mechanically very sound and has a few trick bits on it And I'm only third owner.

I've been riding motorcycles since I was 17, and I owned a lot of different motorcycles, mostly sports bikes though. But after a few high speed crashes (130mph+), I more or less stopped riding the big sports bikes. Since then it has been enduro, supermoto, and now classics.
A part from my CBX, I also have an old CB900F, that I've build into a cafe racer.

Hi ya, Thore.
Good looking bike, nice to see the spokes. Is the seat supposed to mimic a 400F?
Lots of similarities with the 900F. Feel free to post a pic of it as well.

Thx guys...

I don't know what the point of the seat was. I just bought the bike four days ago. But that seat is worn out completely. I'll have it refurbished during the winter :)

Here's a picture of my CB900F. It's a kawasaki ZX9R front end, but with the original rims - since I really like the look of them. The seat is a one of, made by a friend of mine.
