Shifter bushing replacement

Hi guys,

I received my bronze shifter bushings from six center and I'm ready to install them but I have few questions.
1. Should I lube them when installing and if so, would moly lube work?
2. I think that there should be some felt material as well, can something else be used? Maybe find some similar material and cut to size?
