However: Considering that there are more fast right hand turns in the U.S. (most on- and off-ramps) and right turn curves are tighter, because you are in the inside lane, a left side sidecar is quite a bit easier to drive/ride.

I have no idea what local State laws and regulations are, if you want to get this rig titled/registered.....
