Hi Everybody,
I have recently bought a CBX1000 Z 1979 to add to an ever growing collection of bikes, I am an Engineer of 40 years experience and spend every waking hour restoring classic motorcycles of any age or manufacture the earliest being a 1932 Ivory Calthorpe. My first bike was an NSU Quickly, i was just 9 years old and have had a passion for classic bikes ever since.
I look forward to having a waffle with you guys soon.

Welcome to the site, Indie.
I had to look up what an Ivory Calthorpe was.
The progression from a single cylinder, ohv, 493cc to a 6 cylinder, dohc, 1047cc sounds about right.
