Maybe Nils is right and it is the lock bolt for the cam chain tensioner.??

There is one 8x105 case flange bolt, which may have a pointed tip....

I think it's the bolt that holds the rear (vertical) cam chain tensioner in place. I think Nils originally meant a drive chain adjuster bolt, but was actually closer than he thought!

That's what I thought he meant! It is called "lock bolt".

Yep. Cam chain tensioner bolt. (Bolt B). Goes in the rear of the head and fastens into the rear cam chain tensioner.

I'd actually call it the holder bolt, as the lock, or adjuster stud/nut is another part of the tensioner. But anyway, it's now identified with lots of help!

I took the description from the parts fiche: Bolt B, Tensioner Lock. The nut is just called a cap nut, and the stud doesn't have a name as it is part of the tensioner.

Looks like you were lucky. They also remove all of the fine aluminum treads from the inside of the aluminum handlebar tubes.
