Possible Cam Chain Backlash?

Hi Everyone:
I'm an Old Honda guy going way back, I am used to working on my little twins, I'm hoping that my future CBX is basically three twins side by side, yeah right I should be so lucky. I am looking via the inter web at a bike that has "possible cam chain backlash." If this was one of my twins it could be a matter of just adjusting the tensioner. I really enjoy working on old Hondas, just how serious is this backlash? The bike cosmetically looks very nice?
