Hola atospampa! Bienvenudo a ICOA forum!

Looks like our new friend from Argentina could use some help from our spanish speaking contingency in California ;-)
It seems he is looking for a way to adjust or fiddle with the primary chain tensioner. I am still in Europe and only have my Italian dictionary with me..... :D :D

hello to all friends of this wonderful world ... cbx greetings from Argentina, .. my question is if there is a way to mitigate the primary chain noises .. is that the tensioner is hydraulic, and heat the oil, vacuum regulating noise is very noticeable that produces ... thanks

Just a wild guess that it's the clutch making all the noise, not the primary chain.

MODERATOR ASSIST :-)

the noise seems to come from the clutch ... the matter is that when sped away, I thought of better synchronize the carburetors ... and leave lijeramente accelerated in 1000 rpm .. but last disarmed the clutch ...

Thanks Nils. Not exactly sure what that all means, but if you are not familiar with the loud rattle the clutch makes at idle, then do not suspect something more serious. Syncing the carbs is good, but the loud noise will still be there. It does not mean there is any other problem.

Gracias Nils.
