Name that engine noise.

I bought this engine a couple years ago having never heard it run.
When starting it now it makes a whirring, dry, metal on metal sound. It does fire, and runs on 4 cylinders{1,2,3and 5.} Clean carbs are going on shortly.
Starter? Starter Clutch?
Needless to say my computer skills are very weak but hopefully if you turn the sound up you can hear the sound in this VERY short clip.

Dewey, i have another starter that will hopefully be the cure.
I had a starter go on another bike but it just seized solid so the whine from this one was new to me.
