How do I properly remove the old faded one, and how do I properly install the nice new one. I am no body guy, but this can't be too difficult I hope.

Tank Decal Installation
I am getting a new decal for the top of the tank on my '79 from Chuck Ewing. He says it is a "water transfer" type of decal. How do I properly remove the old faded one, and how do I properly install the nice new one. I am no body guy, but this can't be too difficult I hope.
