Baffels from kerker 6 into 2

Is there a trick or something to remove those end caps from a kerker 6 into 2. I removed the bolt but can't seem to pull them out. I need to repack the baffles.

Had to use pliers to get the baffles out of the Kerkers I had on my '82. Removed the screw, tapped the baffle end with a dead blow hammer then used a large set of channel-lock pliers I had to grasp the baffle end to pull out. After I had out used anti-seize so never had any trouble after.

Some muscle, rubber hammer and PB Blaster spray lube.
