This might be a good time to say that Rick Chupp is closing Cycle Outfitters. You should probably contact him sooner rather than later. I recently asked him if he was still supplying the manifolds for the carbs and the answer was yes.
Thanks for that, Phil.

The link I posted for Cycle Outfitters is still working but the drill down menus are turned off, give them a call for your needs.

Call the 1 888 number on the home page of the site and listen to the days and hours of operation, they are selling leftover inventory and displays.

The left side of my new exhaust just pops off in a few minutes, handy to put the center stand back on for oil changes or upright storage. Not too loud or it can be without the removable DB Killer.

Peter Schüle still is in business. I stopped at his place in fall of 2021 when I was in Germany last. He does no longer offer the CBX 6-1 but is involved in other projects. He says the CBX pipes are not worth making anymore. He cannot charge an attractive price to get a decent return.
I had one at one time and sold it. It is not an ideal exhaust for a country with a speed limit, where you cannot take advantage of the high rpm output. The Schüle is designed to make max hp at higher rpm. It lacks a little of the grunt and punch at low- and mid-range.
If you really want one, you have to hunt for a used one, but be prepared to pay. They are around 3k.

Just found this. I had seen these pics before but I didn't remember where.
Damn ! What a bowl of (expensive) spaghetti ! All top end power ? I imagine the pods add
to that too.
When/if I get around to building the sys. for my 1150 project I will try to preserve the graceful
bends and contours of the stock sys. with these priorities; Looks good, low/mid range power,
sounds good, cornering clearance, simplicity, silencer options. There's really not much of a way
to avoid expense with a limited market.

Well, the pictures didn't come with the quotation. :( scroll back to pg 1 this thread.

Same as a Hindle system, the collars stay on and you just undo the springs to remove the header from the block, never have to buy header donuts again.
