Nils, thanks for taking the time to put this together, a great resource.
At my seminars this October at the Barber Vintage Days, I'll be discussing probably every item mentioned.
You're the best!

Thank you lads, it was actually a lot faster and easier to do than it might seem. If any of you find a great resource that ought to be included, including things that are not on this site, please just post it here in thread and I shall add it to the post.

I made this cut-away, thanks for sharing.Jeff Bennetts wrote: βWed Aug 23, 2023 1:07 pmA28F3EFF-5DEA-4636-85FB-A5AC5621CDF4.jpeg

As mentioned in other posts, I will be at Barber Vintage Days this October, giving 2 carburetor seminars, focusing on the CBX.
If you can successfully rebuild the CBX rack, you can do almost any other motorcycle carburetor.
We will provide helpful tricks and tips and handing out samples.
I will also be demonstrating "how to" extract the pilot jets for proper cleaning of that circuit.
Tell your friends.

Do you know your seminar times and location? Museum? Or down there by the food vendor area?

Anytime JR, feel free to post any more pics you may have that might help someone here on the forum get their CBX back on the road.CBX-tras wrote: βThu Aug 24, 2023 8:28 amI made this cut-away, thanks for sharing.Jeff Bennetts wrote: βWed Aug 23, 2023 1:07 pmA28F3EFF-5DEA-4636-85FB-A5AC5621CDF4.jpeg

Re: Thread Index - Carbs - START HERE
Sorry, none of that has been firmed up yet by Barber. This will be my first time at the facility so, I'm anxious and looking forward to presenting.
I'll update as soon as the information becomes available.

I think all of the seminars since the addition to the museum building was built have been there.
