Little bit about me
Recently Retired Engineer
Originally from Maghull, Merseyside UK now live in SOCAL since 1980
British toolmaker with a mechanical engineering degree
First bike restore 1974 Suzuki Gt750L my only street bike until bought the CBX.
Raced road bicycles for many years (still ride 200 miles a week on average)
Race vintage classic modern with AHRMA. (Suzuki RGV250 / KTM RC390R)
I'm really a 2 stroke guy with many 2 stroke road & dirt bike builds through the years
Current projects 1990 KX500, 2003 Honda CR125, 1972 Kawasaki H2 (original widowmaker) 1979 Honda CBX
Future builds a RD700 (joining two RD350 engines mounted in a RD350 frame with a RD200 electric start0 end result will be a strret tracker with shoulder rims likely Yamaha R6 front end.
