Hello All:
I’m a new member who does not own a CBX but would like to. I had an ‘82 that I sold some years ago and really miss the feel of the bike. I am starting the search for a ‘79 or ‘80, preferably as stock as possible with the exception of pipes. I tend to restore or freshen a bike every year or so, and keep the ones I like best. Currently I own two bevel Ducatis, an airhead, an SR500, one restored Guzzi and one future Guzzi project, a restored combat Commando and an almost-running ‘46 Vincent. I tend to judge bikes based on how they sound in the dark. The CBX is very different from my twins, but I so miss the sound. I’m looking forward to getting to know the forum and members. Ben
