Have a 82 prolink that will be some upgraded in the future.

First is to do a rear swing swap and go for 2 shocks and get rid of the prolink system.
Swap to spoke wheels, rear section sadel and plastic not sure yet but something thats looks more 2020 Classic as cb1100ex

It sounds like you might have been happier starting with a 1980 bike instead. I look forward to your project either way!
