Are there still plans to have the 2018 CBX rally in Maggie Valley?
If so, has a date been set for long term planning?

Nothing has been set in stone as of yet. We're still trying to get a consensus among us as to when/where. The clock is ticking..............

Oh, it will be great to see you guys again! Say hello to Matthew for me.
Maggie Valley would be a great location with excellent roads and the Wheels of Time motorcycle museum right there.

I’m a new member and live not too far away in NE Georgia so I would love to meet some fellow CBXers, work schedule permitting. The sooner I know the sooner I can put it on the schedule.

You can count me in. Missed the last two years from a battle with cancer.

Unfortunately, Maggie Valley will, likely, not happen this year. While trying to put something together before the holidays, we found that accommodations were already booked to the point of not be able to handle our group. We are working to, possibly, conduct a rally in eastern Pennsylvania in early August. More information will be posted in the 2018 Rallies Topic as it develops. Hopefully, fairly soon so that folks may plan.

As Larry stated, Maggie Valley has become very popular, thus expensive, and putting together a block of rooms is difficult. A long time member asked about doing something in a very good area of PA, and is now putting it together. I am looking forward to it.
