I don't know. Each time I see a clean, "naked" Prolink, I want to take the fairing off my 81. I always wonder if the bike would have sold better looking like this?
Actually, in Europe, they offered the CB900F in a naked and a fairing version at the same time (F and F2)

Hard to choose.
Pics 1 and 2 are a tie for me. The group shot is cool as well.

I think so too. He was big into sport kits. I bought a right hand sport kit switch from him.
I also believe that he sold all of his X's

Pic 1 gets my vote for favorite....I can't understand why, though.
Pic 2 runs a close second, I love the Golden Gate in the background.

I thought it might have been your bike Greg but you don't have the Sport kit do you? (and yours is cleaner

If I recall, when that pic was taken, that X had a little less than 2k on the odometer.
You're right, no sport kit on mine.
Thanks for the compliment, but I can't honestly say mine looks THAT good.
But, I try.

I've gotta go with #1, Got a soft spot for black 80's, maybe because that's the only one I don,t have in the collection & I'm a grass guy and that's a sweet lookin yard in the backround. Mike, your absolutely right on the '81.
