Interesting bike, but it needs plenty to be super nice again. The wear on those rotors makes the 1,600 mile claim seem…questionable.

Rotors will discolor if the calipers (with heat and trying to ride the bike) were locked up.

Good point, and clearly these were, as it common on sat bikes.
