Too bad about the title. No way to get a duplicate in your state? To be blunt, the gas tank is junk. It's rusted through and fixing that is more than it's worth. But your price reflects that, pretty much. If it just had a title....

If you lived in Illinois you could go to the dmv with death cert. and a few other forms they would then get you the title. Have you tried going to the dmv or you don’t want to mess with it? You would be paid good dividends if you spend some time to get a title.

I’m pretty sure he needs a power of attorney along with the DC.

That too, only if he is willing to go spends all the $$ and fix it.
