Excellent. A fun read down memory lane on a cloudy 48 degree windy October day. Thanks, Artie.

I can’t believe the wet weight being 680 pounds though. Sure doesn’t feel like 700 pounds.

Don't know where that article got its weight numbers. Honda shop manual lists dry weight at 633 lbs. Add approx 35 lbs for a full tank plus add a sump full of oil, fork oil and battery acid -- might be close to the 688 number. Moving one around the garage, etc and/or onto the centerstand, I think it might be close to 688ish. It does feel much better than that on the road, though, above walking speed.

When turned into a naked bike, the loss is about 100 lbs. with the removal of the bags, fairing and all the brackets.
