Rear Caliper Pad Spring

Hello everyone,
I'm rebuilding the brakes on my 79 CBX and I had a question regarding the spring that puts pressure down on the brake pads. The tab on the top of the spring for the rear caliper is broken off. I don't have them in front of me, but I believe the two springs for the front calipers are in a similar condition. My question is, can I get away with using them like this or better yet, is there anywhere where I can find replacements? I can't seem to find them anywhere.
The part numbers are
45108-410-006 for the rear and
45108-415-006 for the front
Thank you
