Pad thickness question

Just replaced a rear tire today. In the process of installing the wheel, the inside brake pad fell out. So I figured it was an opportunity to measure the pad thickness. I measured 3.90mm/3.30mm. This means it is tapered front to back (or back to front :? ) by 0.60mm or about .024". Anyone know the pad thickness for a new pad? FWIW my brakes work fine. If I brake hard enough, the rear tire will lock.

Go to EBC’s website and look at their technical area, all the dimensions and different applications are there for all makes and models, that’s were I figured out you can use rear pads (thicker) on the front of vented twin caliber conversions when using them with non-vented rotors to compensate for the wider opening of the vented twin calipers.

Thanks Jeff. Didn't know about EBC. Found the info on page 314 of their catalog. FA31 should be 9mm or 0.354".
