I have the large RKA bags on my 80 I won at the RFK.Grat bags and real nice people to deal with.Excellent customer service.Also have 2 Eclipse tank bags.Excellent also,easy to use.
Both the bags and tank bag have been water proof with the rain covers.

I've got a set of Chase-harper saddlebags, the Aeropac II 3550. Single compartment, no outside pockets. They're reasaonably large without being too large...
They tend to sag a bit, with the inner bottom edge getting too far in toward the tires, etc., for my taste. So I use a bungee or a tie down strap with a buckle across the handles on the seat, and this brings 'em up a bit. (That wouldn't necessarily be very comfortable with a passenger, though.
But the bags don't chafe anything, and you can get them in RED. Better visibility, as I commute on my X with them.
Right now, the color versions (not black) of all chase harper luggage is 50% off on their website. That's why I got mine. Can't beat the price!
