Who knows about an insurance company that will insure a cbx for what it's worth? My brother had a frame off restoration done on a '79 red and wants to insure it for $15,000, but hasn't had any luck. Thanks, Chet, with a black '80.

You might try American Collectors Insurance company. I have my '80 insured with them for $7000 (it's a rider, very nice, but not a show bike). Full coverage runs me about $180 a year, $0 deductible. They didn't seem to have a problem insuring my CBX for that amount. I'm sure they'd take into account full restoration & such.
I also have my '76 CB750 insured with them, agreed value of $4500. It's an unrestored original, just like my X.
