My brother wanted to get set up to change tires and since I had already gone through this whole ordeal I made a vid of my entire setup.
I go through and do a tire change on my CB1100F gold boomerang without adding any scratches. The equipment works great but I am just an amateur and don't change tires all that often, so I lack the grace you would see in a professional.

Harbor Freight Items used
Motorcycle tire attachment (note, I welded a plate to the bottom and bolted it to my milling machine table, it is supposed to mount on the harbor freight tire changer for cars)

Bead Breaker (I use this for both cars and motorcycles, handy tool)

Wheel balancer (not in vid but needed, unless you use dynabeads)

No Mar items
Tire Lube (required, mounting is no fun without LUBE!)
