Hello all,
I’m still in progress of rebuilding my X. Progress is slow as I have a limited amount of time to spare on my project.
I decided lately to “attack” the engine paint. I was wondering how to hold the engine up to have an all around access. I wanted to make sure I could go underneath and spray the paint in all corners.
Couples of 2x3 later with a threaded rod and that’s it! I even found a new life for 2 pairs of old roller skates who were collecting dust in the attic. It is easy to move the engine all around in the garage. I’m even thinking of installing my carbs on the engine to synchronise them…..I’ll see
