Tank Stripes

Post by EMS »

I knew I had this somewhere and I finally found it rummaging through my parts inventory.
Here are the instructions, with dimensions on how to properly apply the stripes to the fuel tank. Showing the gap between top and bottom.
Ever so often we have that discussion when a "NOS" tank pops up that has the stripes connected.

Thanks for these dimensions! I’ve also contacted Jeff Bennett’s for his spare body transfers. I’ll be repainting my 79 tank this fall.
