Cylinder block replacement

I'm looking at the Honda workshop manual on how to replace the cylinder block.
It appears that you place a support under the 2nd & 5th pistons to hold them steady & using piston ring clamps, install the cylinder block over these 2 pistons.
When it comes to installing the other 4 pistons at the same time, 1, 3, 4 & 6, how do you support the pistons when they are partly into the crankcase opening?
The manual shows some special ring clamps that have handles that come well outside the cylinder stud area.
I'm sure they help support the pistons, but are they available anymore?
Any tips would be much appreciated.
