Camchain guides and adjusters

Looking at the adjusters and guides for the travesty I noted everyone of them have cracks...enough that I am leary about reuse.

I see Six Center has refurbed sets for exchange and large Deniro.

Has anyone state side attempted to reproduce/refurb these...maybe with Delrin or that moly based stuff...I forgot the name of it but it is self lubricating, Stanyl PA4,6 grade????

I am going to have a machinist take a look at my stock tensioners.

When I raced the DOHC Cb750F I had a set made that were manually adjusted and they worked jim dandy, just a pia to adjust ever so often.
